Peel Me A Grape!

One of our holiday highlights this year was taking the dogs canoeing for the first time. Given their size they need one each! So we headed out for the day to a still and quiet location to give it a go. I think you will agree with me that they enjoyed every moment! We probably wont be trying it on rivers or canals with busy tow paths but its good to know we can all have a day on the water in a nice quiet spot, and they get to join in with us, which to them is the most important thing.

I didn't manage to capture a really great sky shot this week so I thought I would share some of my sky views during a lovely lunchtime walk with the pups. (Bud in foreground above.)   To see more Sky Watch Friday images click here.

Anyone know what this is? Eventually it got fed up of me taking pictures and crawled back into the ground until we went away.

New Beginnings

In The Pink is in its 8th year and after visiting some old friends in my Blogroll I am sad to see that so many bloggers have moved on. I know some folk use Facebook as an alternative now and it certainly works well. I come across some great stuff on FB, but I am a Blogger at heart. So its time to go off and seek some new Bloggers....I wonder who I will meet. For those who don't blog anymore, I miss you all and thank you for your cyber friendship, if you do ever happen to stop by I hope you will say hello, its been a great 8 years, here's to the next!
