Camera Critters #4 - Buzzard
I grabbed this shot one day on our camping trip. The buzzard was a regular visitor to the field and had just delighted me with a close fly over. He hovered over my head for ages and I allowed myself the pleasure of just watching before I decided it was worth a mad dash for my camera and a quick lens change. My big lens takes better shots from the tripod as the small movements of my hand and breathing make for blurred images but I was pleased to be able to get this anyway. ReplyDeleteHi, I just wanted you to know that I found out yesterday that Kyle (Kylita, sister of the C.O.D.E had passed away. Not sure when, the Christmas card I mailed her came back yesterday (Dec.19th, 2016)written "deceased" on it. I was shocked and had been worried about her "disappearing" for some time. I'm sorry to have to give you the bad news, but saw your March 2016 comment on her blog...which is still online..
ReplyDeleteHi Rhiannon,
DeleteThank you so much for contacting me about Kyle, I am heart broken, I have been trying to reach her for sometime as well and had assumed she was making a new life for herself with David. Kyle and I have never met but have been pen-pals and blogger friends for some years, although friendships do drift apart.
It never occurred to me something might have happened. I hope Tuffy Boy is ok.
It is so very thoughtful of you to let me know.
For now my very best wishes to you
Natalie (AKA Dancin Fool)
Beautiful start for a new year
