Camera Critters #4 - Buzzard
I grabbed this shot one day on our camping trip. The buzzard was a regular visitor to the field and had just delighted me with a close fly over. He hovered over my head for ages and I allowed myself the pleasure of just watching before I decided it was worth a mad dash for my camera and a quick lens change. My big lens takes better shots from the tripod as the small movements of my hand and breathing make for blurred images but I was pleased to be able to get this anyway. Hello! This was taken in Wales last year. We went for a week in July.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, this was a walk just down the road from our campsite in Snowdonia. You cannot make it out in the shot but the west coast is on the horizon and from our view at the time we could see the beach.
A really good walk. Let me know if you go to Wales again and I'll show you it on the map. The campsite was brilliant, the owners lovely and the view Cader Idris!
Victim of Love, The Eagles has just started playing on the computer. It always reminds me of staying with you in....a certain place when I was 15-17! xxx
