English Folk Verse (c.1870) - The Fifth of November Remember, remember! The fifth of November, The Gunpowder treason and plot; I know of no reason Why the Gunpowder treason Should ever be forgot! ReplyDeleteThis is my lunch time walk when I am in the office, the woodland is just next door. You can still hear the traffic but it is beautiful and the bird song competes well with the other noise!
