Kamrita
This is Kamrita (pronounced kaa-am-rita). She is a Bengal Tiger estimated to be between 7-8 years old. She lives in Chatwan National Park, southern Nepal. We are now her proud sponsors! Find out how you can sponsor a Tiger or other wild animals here.

Hi Jana! How wonderful! I agree I think the animal adoption is such a great idea, its a small amount but regularly which helps the charities a lot. I have had a few animals over the years!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday bye the way!!!
Im quite confused, as I got Kamrita as a christmas present and I see others have recieved her 'as a present':/ :)xxxx
ReplyDeleteI have kamrita aswell i am disapointed because i would have thought she was mine :( x
ReplyDeleteI've got Kamrita too? Maybe the number of tigers is just that low that each tiger has more than one sponsor.
ReplyDeleteI hope that's the case anyway. I would still give to the WWF but if they're just accepting money and just allocating tiger names to people willy nilly.. well I don't think that's right.
I just got Kamrita today for my Birthday (01/01/12) and started crying for joy ^w^ I absolutely love tigers!
ReplyDeleteMaybe Kamrita has more adoptions for more donations to her cause or something
i had kamrita as a 40th present, i was speechless which is not usual for me.
ReplyDeleteApparently one of her cubs which is now 3 will be ready to mate soon
I can say now im now a proud owner of kamrita after i adopted her 3 weeks ago, im hoping to go over to nepal and see her sometime next month
