I found out yesterday that Joni over at My Piece of Heaven has closed her blog. She runs a farm with her husband and also works as a medical transcriber. Apparently Joni is increasing her hours at work and she has decided that with the extra work and the farm to run she won't be able to fit blogging in, at least not to the standard that she wishes to. I completely understand but I am sad that I won't be able to visit her blog anymore. Joni posted everyday and displayed amazing photos of the beautiful and varied wildlife in her part of the world, including her new puppy Cooper! I am really happy that things are going well for Joni but I am sorry that I did not get a chance to tell her how much I valued her and her blog before she went. It's a funny thing this virtual socialising, connections are made between people. There are a few blogs that I visit that really mean a lot to me, I get a great deal of joy out of visiting them and corresponding with the author. They may not k...
OH MY GOD! Your photos are brilliantly awesome! (gush gush) Even I would sleep in a tent for 2 weeks with all that going on! Dogs are a riot! Your honey is as cute as the dogs!!! ;oD How come no pics of YOU? I haven't been on my blog in awhile so I'm glad to have seen this tonight (9/29). ReplyDeleteHey Kyle!! Thanks, it is good to be back home actually. I love camping as you know but it also makes you appreciate your home when you get back.
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe Facebook kicked you off! I opened up a blog with a new host a while ago, a blog similar to this one, and they closed it saying they were not interested in hosting a blog like mine, I was really offended! So I came back to blogger with my tail between my legs and have stayed here since!
Hope you are having a good day bud, it is glorious here. Sending you sunshine, bye for now! xxx
Hi you!
ReplyDeleteWow your photos are amazing!!!! They are all so good and very professional! I especially like the sunrise pic and the rainbow photos ... and of course Roxy and Buddy .. love the one of ?Buddy in the sand, sooooooooo lovely! It looks like you had an amazing holiday!!! So glad you had a great time!! Looking foward to seeing you and Mr DF for Nick Harper end of November, yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!! I'd better start brushing up my culinary skills right now lol! xxxx
Hi Claire! Thank you, we had a top time. That's actually Roxy in the sand, Buddy was very uncooperative for photograph poses over the holiday and every time he saw me pointing my camera at him he either turned his back or ran towards me and started playing at my feet, once he actually ran at me and knocked the camera out of my hand but he was a bit excited and engaged in a game of chasing Roxy round the castle! They are such children, I do love them!
ReplyDeleteReally looking forward to seeing you in November! Don't sweat in the kitchen on our behalf ok?
Keep smiling bud and see you soon!!!!
