It sure is good to know I've got a friend ... you are a great friend and it is so obvious you are well loved by family and your friends. Thanks for counting me as one! Cheers! Highest and best wishes for the perfect opportunity coming your way! xo
Hey Kyle! Thanks Honey! I do not know if we will be able to meet up during my visit to Canada, I will email you about that, but I know one day we will sit together, have a cup of tea, and talk and laugh until the cows come home! Be well bud xxx
Hi DF ... glad I didn't get no raspberry! ;oD It was bad enough that Tuffy Boy tried to bite me and hissed at me the other night. He's getting matted fur again and doesn't want me to help him (well, he does, but he won't let me). I was concerned about trying to meet during your visit to Toronto, also, as there are certain ID requirements now, the world being as it is, and I don't have at least one of them. Haven't been to Canada, though it is so very close to us, we are only 25 miles from Detroit which is just across a bridge or a tunnel to Windsor, approx 4 hr drive to Toronto. I also feel someday we will have some tea and laugh 'til the cows come home! I look fwd to it, also. Don't you worry about this trip, though, as you've got a lot going on. I am just glad to hear you are still going! We always joke that Canadians always say "eh?" at the end of every sentence - ha! Canada is also close to the Upper Peninsula in Michigan at Sault Ste Marie's connecting bridge. We shall keep in touch, m'dear! xoxo
I grabbed this shot one day on our camping trip. The buzzard was a regular visitor to the field and had just delighted me with a close fly over. He hovered over my head for ages and I allowed myself the pleasure of just watching before I decided it was worth a mad dash for my camera and a quick lens change. My big lens takes better shots from the tripod as the small movements of my hand and breathing make for blurred images but I was pleased to be able to get this anyway.
