The Patter of 8 Paws
This is a short post to announce the arrival yesterday of our new pups! They are very sweet, very smart and very furry! I am thrilled to have dogs back in our lives again and am already feeling the stretching of dormant muscles from just one days play and walking!
They are rescue pups (a term of endearance, they are actually 3 years old)and are beautifully behaved, save when walking on a lead, but we are commencing training and they are already showing improvements.
I have a huge catch up post planned to document the return of Amber the cat to her owner, our move and our new house and garden, which has taken up the past few weeks however for now there is hoovering to do, floors to mop and dogs to entertain!
Oh, they're wonderful! Who could ever resist them? How lucky you are!

ReplyDeleteLiterary Feline - Thank you! They are very, very sweet and such a joy first thing in the morning. Dogs have the sweetest disposition. I hope to catch up on posting today as it's back to work tomorrow! We are settling in and all the better for the patter of paws.
Lady Banana - I am now! It's been two years since we had dogs and I had forgotten some of the jobs that come with them! I wouldn't have it any other way though.
Congrats on the new furry family members! Can't wait to hear more about them.
ReplyDeleteL^2 - We are having hours of fun, learning their games and likes. Buddy likes to walk under your legs whether you are sitting or standing. Roxy likes to climb on top and administer a large kiss! And they both like to swim, no matter what the water!
