The Pull of the Moor
This is where I spent my lunch break today, and I treated myself to a short walk along the path in both directions, thus completing a small section of the Pennine Way, a walk I hope to one day complete in full with Mr Dancin.

OH that is so lovely to walk there, i want to go with you. The expanse of the wide wilderness though is scary!
ReplyDeleteHi Andrea, thank you, I could have kept walking all day, but yes I agree it is very wild and barren, I think after a while I would crave trees for some shelter.
DeleteThe road I grew up on was called Apennines Way. Nowhere near as beautiful as this though!
