English Folk Verse (c.1870) - The Fifth of November Remember, remember! The fifth of November, The Gunpowder treason and plot; I know of no reason Why the Gunpowder treason Should ever be forgot! This looks wonderful and if you keep it with a little space around it will reward you by putting up a two foot clump of stems and the flowers look wonderful. It is classed as a herb. I do not know what healing power it has.
