I really would recommend purchasing a copy of this book from Naturewatch yourself, they are only £3.00 each and full of brilliant information. However I do intend to diary my findings and progress at Evolved so you can get some tips there.
The first thing that struck me on reading the guide is just how many companies there are for a huge variety of products that have approved status and therefore tick the cruelty free and eco friendly boxes!
