I grabbed this shot one day on our camping trip. The buzzard was a regular visitor to the field and had just delighted me with a close fly over. He hovered over my head for ages and I allowed myself the pleasure of just watching before I decided it was worth a mad dash for my camera and a quick lens change. My big lens takes better shots from the tripod as the small movements of my hand and breathing make for blurred images but I was pleased to be able to get this anyway. Is it a man, is it a plane. No its snowball time.
ReplyDeleteBuddy looks very happy, Roxie looks on, not sure what she is thinking.
A good cold snowy morning to ya! Dogs are having fun, eh? Tuffy wants to keep going out. We walked all around making paths for him. He looks like a matted arctic lynx about now. We bought him a new toy. A cylinder circle with a ball that lights up with red flashing lights in it, in the middle is a heavy corrugated cardboard scratchy circle with catnip embedded in it. He wasn't so sure about that...but last night he went bonkers on it, but also on a lot of other things, getting into trouble with Mama! He's bored. It's about 10 degrees with lots of snow and he just wanted out again. Brisk quick sniff of the air and Mama headed back in with her pj's and slippers, looking a bit like a scrunchy-eyed sleepy monster ;oD

Hey Bowledover, actually it is Roxy making the leap, since she got fit and Buddy filled out a bit they are so hard to tell apart! xx
ReplyDeleteHey Kyle! I feel for smaller dogs and cats in deep snow, it is very good of you to clear paths for Tuffy! Our two bound through anything like bull dozers! Stay warm bud! xx
