English Folk Verse (c.1870) - The Fifth of November Remember, remember! The fifth of November, The Gunpowder treason and plot; I know of no reason Why the Gunpowder treason Should ever be forgot! ReplyDeleteIt is. When we moved them into the new pond we had five, since then the population has boomed and we have lost count. At night when you open the back door you can see them all partying in the garden! I think they have been out and invited a few friends back to stay!
