To sleep: perchance to dream...
I dreamed about dogs lastnight. I dream about our two old dogs a lot, we are usually out playing or walking together but lastnight was a new dog. It has been weighing on my mind as we are trying to make a quick decision about a place to rent before they all go and although the house we looked at lastnight was lovely do I really want to live somewhere where I cannot have a dog...even for the short term?
On the task list fitness front I have substituted my usual breakfast of an egg or nothing for porridge this morning. It is supposed to be brilliant for you and give you a good start to the day. I will let you know my thoughts on that later!
I used to eat porridge as a child but I have always found breakfast a hard meal to take and have missed it for years. I do always feel so much better when I eat in the morning though.
I think a doggie somewhere was trying to tell you something :)
ReplyDeleteI do feel I am a person that cannot go through life without dogs. As a dog owner I know you'll understand. Once bitten forever smitten. They are a very unique animal.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. Dogs and cats and horses (if I could have them)...I couldn't do without them.
ReplyDeleteAha! We agree more. I love cats for their shear superiority...but they deserve it, they are superior in many ways. I love horses because they are so strong of spirit and cheeky. They ooze their character with every breath. I smile a lot in the company of horses.
ReplyDeleteI do know that wherever I end up when we have to move, it will have to be a place where my dog and cat will be welcome. I can't imagine life without them.
