Camera Critters #4 - Buzzard
I grabbed this shot one day on our camping trip. The buzzard was a regular visitor to the field and had just delighted me with a close fly over. He hovered over my head for ages and I allowed myself the pleasure of just watching before I decided it was worth a mad dash for my camera and a quick lens change. My big lens takes better shots from the tripod as the small movements of my hand and breathing make for blurred images but I was pleased to be able to get this anyway. How beautiful they are. Are they getting their own special beds for the new vehicle? ;oD for roamin' in the gloamin'?
ReplyDeleteIt's nearing zero degrees here (Fahrenheit) and snow ass deep to a tall Indian (a mom and dad-ism). Brrrrrrrrr! Tuffy Boy the cat is out in the garage in lieu of outdoors. He'll be in soon to lie on his many, many beds and "spots".
Cheers, Budette!

hey! I didn't post twice, it made me re-do the "bizarro" non-word verification!?? Who knows how many times this one will be? sorry!
ReplyDeleteHey Budette! I envy you the snow! I love snow and all dogs seem to be extra silly in snow.
ReplyDeleteI will be shopping for new beds for them this weekend when I pick up the truck, they have been in it already and seem to approve!
Don't worry about the multiple comments, I enjoyed reading it twice!! A pat to Tuffy Boy from me!
