English Folk Verse (c.1870) - The Fifth of November Remember, remember! The fifth of November, The Gunpowder treason and plot; I know of no reason Why the Gunpowder treason Should ever be forgot! That's the only portion of this poem I have known up until now, however this year I came across the rest which I have to say I am not in complete agreeance with. Interesting view. The moon always is interesting with a few things trying to block its view. It always shines through.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments. This did not come out as well as I had hoped but I took as many shots as I could. It was however 2am and my bed was calling. I did not edit it so am not sure where the stripes came from but hey its all a learning curve!
